Internet advertising now accounts for over 20% of all ad spend globally.

Online is now the second largest ad medium behind TV worldwide, up from 5.6% in 2005. The figures for the UK show a considerably higher percentage of spend on internet advertising compared to global numbers. We’ll report back in April when the 2013 figures are released in full.
